Hannah: Welcome to the first season of our in the business of purpose podcast, with Hannah O'Donovan and Romina Kwong. As entrepreneurs and business strategists Romina and I understand the power businesses hold to catalyze change, we started in the business of purpose - which is a conscious community and education platform after connecting over how fucking tired we are of the glamorized billionaire narrative, because it leaves out how very broken the current model of success in business really is. We challenge you to find a billionaire who got there without eventually compromising their values. So, if you're just as tired, listen along, as we talk about how we, as consumers, employees and business owners can dig ourselves out of this scary time of climate change, inequality and injustice. Business as usual, is clearly no longer an option. And this whole profit above all else shit is really grinding our gears.

Romina: On this podcast, we'll dig below the surface get really familiar with the fundamentals, and use our no bullshit approach to break down the barriers we all face, while trying to translate our values into everyday progress.
